Thanks to the continuous advances on miniaturization, mobile and pervasive computing, as well as networking technologies, huge amounts of data are being rapidly collected about any kind of events and objects of interest. However, the existing processing and storage infrastructures are not always capable of handling the high flow of incoming data and generating the required content and services within optimized timeframes. In order to deal with these shortcomings, extensive research and development efforts are being made in order to create appropriate models, processes, and mechanisms for optimized data gathering, cleaning, aggregation, storage, processing, querying, visualization, and analytics. Several technologies and paradigms, including Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Artificial Intelligence were and are being deployed to boost these initiatives.

The purpose of the 2nd International Conference on Applied Data Science and Intelligence (ADSI 2024) is to discuss the latest advances regarding the theories, trends, and challenges of data science, particularly those based on intelligent solutions. We cordially invite researchers, experts, and practitioners from the academy, the government sector, and the industry to present, share, and promote their latest related solutions and technologies.

The 2nd ADSI 2023 conference is going to be held in conjunction with the 2nd International Conference on Recent Theories and Applications in Transportation and Mobility (RTATM 2024) and the 2nd International Conference on Informatics Revolution for Smarter Healthcare (IRSH 2024)
